ServiceWow
One workspace for tickets, devices, and automation.

1 / 2
Fixture-based desktop captures with fictional demo records. Recent experimental map work is not pictured; no private building plans or live support records are shown.
The problem
Routine device and support workflows required too many repetitive steps across different systems.
The approach
I built a mobile-first support workspace using vanilla JavaScript, Express, and Puppeteer. Ticket and device views, catalog forms, barcode lookup, assignment and audit flows, and optional signature capture bring common tasks together. An experimental 2D/3D map explores another way to navigate support context.
The outcome
The working application combines support and asset workflows in one interface. It remains in active development, with recent map work still experimental rather than part of a finished public release.
What I would do next
Validate the newest workflows with safe test records, refine mobile usability and accessibility, and continue testing the experimental map without exposing private site information.
