The problem
As my projects grew, it became harder to see what was active, where work was happening, and which tools or services needed attention.
The approach
I built a private dashboard that presents projects as interactive constellations, with agent activity, tool signals, a contextual brief, service checks, and usage views. It uses native browser modules and Node.js integrations rather than a frontend framework.
The outcome
The working desktop and mobile app brings project activity and service health into one interface. Activity comes from saved records, not a complete live desktop stream; messaging and interruption controls are not connected.
What I would do next
Improve activity freshness, expand integrations, complete runtime deployment authentication, and make host-specific configuration more portable.
